This full automatic chocolate coating machine has big output and high automation compared with ordinary polishing machine ,it is mainly used for all kind of nuts, puffed rice balls,Jelly(gummy) candy, hard candies, Mylikes, etc..
It can be automatic shaping, automatic weighing, automatic switching of cold and hot air.it main consist of 3 machines:
(1)chocolate coating machine;
(2)chocolate material feeding system;
(3)Industrial refrigeration units(water cooling and forced air cooling).
For the special product:
1.For the fragile products and puffed product, the Diameter should be bigger than 4mm, the stuffed material should be less than 250L. The more fragile, the less material;
2.For the products with corner and edges, round shape and consistent thickness is not suggested;
3.For the adhesive product, should be less adhesive material. In case materials stick together and effect the shaping;
4.For the chocolate paste, it is necessary to filter before add in to avoid block of spray nozzle;
