According to the characteristics of the material, the feeding method can be divided into self-falling + vibration feeding, free-falling, belt or screw conveying. This model mainly includes:
1. Screw double scale with bucket, screw feeding, three section speed control of frequency converter; Two weighing buckets improve the packing speed.
2. During the discharge of the weighing bucket, the air extraction device inserts the filter element into the packaging bag and extracts the gas in the material, avoiding the gas in the packaging bag and making the material more dense.
3. Fully automatic sewing machine, with automatic sewing, thread cutting, thread breaking and shutdown functions, and fast switching sewing and heat sealing functions.
